At CrossFit Inland Valley, our aim is to help our clients succeed in meeting and exceeding their fitness goals. We offer services that will get each individual headed down their own personal path to improved athletic performance and quality of life in a fun and safe family-friendly environment.
Adult Classes
We offer small group classes led by certified coaches. Our aim is that our athletes receive adequate instruction before, during and after each workout. At CrossFit Inland Valley, we take a back-to-basics approach with our program, teaching basic body weight movements (i.e. pull ups, push ups), barbell powerlifting and olympic lifting techniques, and conditioning. Each workout presents athletes of all levels with mental and physical challenges that bring them closer to reaching and surpassing their fitness goals. All workouts are perfectly scalable according to experience level and athletic ability.
CrossFit benefits everyone from the office worker to the seasoned athlete. We believe fitness means being able to perform well in different movements and different time domains. You are coached to develop skill and strength in functional movements while completing different workouts daily after which you will witness dramatic physical and mental changes in yourself.

Weight Management
The Weight Management Program is a 3-day program that offers nutrition education and optional accountability features in addition to the fundamental CrossFit classes. The emphasis is going to be on individual nutrition and lifestyle choices. Participants will be shown how those choices play into their overall health and quality of life. This is perfect for those coming to us with a history of little to no previous fitness program experience. This early stage of habit-building will be key to a future of consistency and long-term success.
This program is headed by our recent 2012 CrossFit Games SoCal regional competitor, Carlie Stone. She has a reputation of being a leader by example and has a tremendous ability to get the most out those that she trains. Any participant in the Weight Management Program will be in great hands.
Classes meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12pm or 4pm.

If you prefer the additional attention and accountability, our dedicated staff of coaches can work with you individually to personalize your fitness goals and help you realize them safely and effectively.
