On Memorial Day, Monday, May 27th we will be hosting “Murph” at 9 AM in honor of  all of our veterans.

  3. Forgot to post. Thanks for a great workout. DL 125 and sprints 14.6-18.6. Glad I kept it under 20 seconds for my turtle ass!
