The Paleo Diet promotes eating “healthy fats”, a phrase that seems like a complete contradiction to most people these days. However, this phrase absolutely rings true when discussing health and wellness, and is a crucial component of the Paleo Diet.

EAT FAT, BURN FAT!

Such a simple concept, yet, due to popular belief, people seem to be deathly afraid of this macronutrient which actually proves to be very beneficial to the body for so many reasons.

Keep this list in the forefront of your mind or print it out and post it for you to refer back to. Also, don’t forget to add these products to your grocery list and include them in each meal. Not only will these healthy fats help you to feel more satisfied after each meal, they will also provide extended energy for your body to draw from during your busy days or through the grueling aftermath of 3, 2, 1….GO!
