Your bodies take a pretty good beating during the course of a training week. Many of you take the steps to ensure proper recovery like acupunctureeating and sleeping well along with smart supplementation of fish oil. There are other methods that can help your bodies recover fully.

If you’re training for a sustained period of time, it’s probably a good idea to invest in some sessions that can prove restorative. Things that can be beneficial on a periodic basis are:

  • Massage
  • Chiropractic care
  • Accupuncture
