The Whole Life Challenge is underway, but it’s not too late for you to still become a part of an amazing 8 week fitness and nutrition challenge!  The absolute last day for you to get on board is this Friday the 22nd.  Come and join the other 8,000 people who have made a decision to take their health and fitness to all new heights!  If you have any questions about how it works or how you go about signing up, just ask a coach.  Remember………If it doesn’t challenge you…….. it doesn’t change you!

All Levels:

Skill/Strength work:  5×2 hang snatch (heaviest possible)

5 rounds for time of:

30 double unders

15 chest to bar pullups

10 kettlebell thrusters (44#/26#)

Level One:

Skill/Strength work:  hang snatch skill work

5 rounds for time of:

30 double unders (90 singles if no double unders)

15  pullups

10 kettlebell thrusters

- – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – -

Teen:

Skill/Strength work:  7×1 hang cleans

3 rounds for time of:

800m run

50 air squats

Finisher:  3×35 sec. hand stand holds

  1. So hard and I’m hurting! 60# hang cleans. 32:18 mins. 25# thruster and green and black bands.
