This will be the last Bring A friend Event for a while so make sure to get them in now!

 CrossFit Inland Valley Bring a Friend Days Event!

Thursday, Friday and Saturday

January 10th, 11th & 12th – All Classes

  • Bring your friends to any of CFIV’s regularly scheduled classes.
  • Members – You are your guest’s “ambassador” -help, teach, show and assist.
  • For every different qualified guest, you will receive a coupon for discounts off CFIV apparel & gear.
  • Workouts will be fast, fun & furious.
NOTE:  Classes on Thursday & Friday may be less crowded than Saturday morning class.

As many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
(2 person teams, switch each round)

    Partnered with my friend kim. 38 total rounds. Rx for me blue band and some knee pushups at the end for her.
