- There is a sign-up sheet in the foyer and you can visit the site http://rxjumpropes.com/ to assist you with your jump rope selection.
- There are various colors and designs for your rope handles.


- There are multiple colors of ropes as well.

- There are 5 different rope thicknesses and endless rope lengths based on your height (see chart below).
- If you have any questions, feel free to ask a coach for assistance, otherwise we look forward to ordering and receiving our new ropes to help us conquer our double
- unders in the new year. We will be scheduling a Jump Rope Clinic in the near future, so get your rope now!

Perform this circuit 7 times without stopping. This is called one round. One round requires performing the Bear Complex 7 times without resting. Complete 5 total rounds, resting as needed between rounds.
