Last day to order your RX Jump Ropes will be

  • There is a sign-up sheet in the foyer and you can visit the site http://rxjumpropes.com/ to assist you with your jump rope selection.
  • There are various colors and designs for your rope handles.

  • There are multiple colors of ropes as well.

  • There are 5 different rope thicknesses and endless rope lengths based on your height (see chart below).
  • If you have any questions, feel free to ask a coach for assistance, otherwise we look forward to ordering and receiving our new ropes to help us conquer our double
  • unders in the new year. We will be scheduling a Jump Rope Clinic in the near future, so get your rope now!

“Bear Complex”
Power clean
Front squat
Push press
Back squat
Push Press
Perform this circuit 7 times without stopping. This is called one round.  One round requires performing the Bear Complex 7 times without resting.  Complete 5 total rounds, resting as needed between rounds.

    My shoulders laughed at me toward the end of that!!
