CFIV’s next nutrition class will be held Monday, November 12, at 6:30pm.
The class will go over some recommendations that can help and even accelerate results coupled with smart training. Topics of discussion will include food quality, quantity and timing.
If you’ve been a bit confused about cleaning up your meals and how to make them work for you, come by the Nutrition Class. Get started on making those changes little by little in order to maximize your results at CrossFit Inland Valley.
Class is FREE for CFIV members, $20 for non-members.

No deadlifts today because Danielle an I have a 50 mile bike ride tomorrow morning… Didn’t want to fry my back.
