More weights are on the way!

I just picked up some more weights today.  These “Irons” come in handy especially for you “Big Boys” lifting all that crazy weight in the deadlift!  The rubber bumpers are wider and you can only load so many on the Olympic bar.  The smaller weights (or what we call “change”) comes in handy when you only need to increase your weight a minimal amount, like when performing presses.  It’s important to remember to NOT DROP iron weights!  They obviously will do some serious damage to the floor.

Since we are on the topic of equipment, I am excited to announce that we currently have more plyometric boxes being made.  We are looking at getting more rowers.  We will be adding more pull up bars and rings.  We also plan on getting some more dumbbells and a couple more flat weight benches.

Now, I want to here from you!  What would you like to see in the box?  What do you want that we don’t have? (You better not say an elliptical!)  Please let us know by posting it here in the comments section.  Also, don’t forget that we do have a suggestion box that is located in the front lobby.  We truly want to hear from you!  Let us know how we can do better.
