Today, we are going to be working on pistols for our skill work. I’ve witnessed athletes doing very well in competitions all the way up until they have to perform pistols. Many people struggle with this movement (me being one of them!). So many of us have imbalances. One side in weaker than the other. The pistol is great for helping to even out those imbalances.
