I read a great article the other day that was posted on main site. The article was titled, “The New Good Old Days of CrossFit“. The author took me on a brief walk down memory lane to my early days when I was a newbie to CrossFit. A lot has changed since those early days (which wasn’t that long ago) but a lot also hasn’t changed. One thing that will never change is the friendships that are made!
