At the CrossFit Games 2012

Many of you may know Bob Harper from seeing him on NBC’s hit show The Biggest Loser.  Bob has been motivating and helping people lose weight for many years now.  What you might not know, is that Bob has seriously drank the CrossFit “Kool-Aid”!  Bob is a proud member of Brick CrossFit in LA.

All Levels:

10 min. Skillwork:  kipping pull ups, butterfly pull ups, beat swings
