CrossFit is all about community. We are truly a family made up of individuals that have made the decision to better ourselves. We realized that what we were doing for fitness wasn’t quite getting us there. Our routines of cardio, elipticals, back and bi’s, chest and tri’s, just down right wasn’t cutting the mustard. We were bored. We were confused. We surely had no accountability. And then……WE FOUND CROSSFIT!
First of all, I would like to congratulate you all for finding CrossFit. If done right, it will change your life for the better. It has for me, and I know it will for you as well.
A huge benefit to our community is our ability to communicate on-line. We are able to post our results, throw shout-outs to other members, announce up-coming parties, challenges or seminars, share recipes, photos, videos and so much more. In addition to our site, we have created a CrossFit Inland Valley Facebook Page. Make sure to check it out and become a part of it. If you’re not our friend yet on Facebook, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR! The last time I checked, we had 393 likes. Let’s set a goal at 500 likes by the end of the month. I know we can do it! Become our friend, and then share us with your friends.
