Just a few quick reminders:

*  Body Fat Loss Challenge starts this Friday the 5th.

*  The Grass-Fed Beef & Freezer Raffle is underway.  Tickets are $5 ea.  We will pick a winner at our Christmas Party in December.  You do not have to be present to win.

*  We will be hosting Barbells for Boobs this year on November 10th.  MORE INFO TO COME.

*  Seal Beach Triathlon takes place on October 20th.

*  Intern Bobby will be fighting in the Socal Extreme Showdown this Saturday October 6th at Pala Recreation Center.
