Five Week -Body Fat Loss Challenge starts this FRIDAY!

Many have already signed up to participate in what promises to be a fun and rewarding challenge.  The challenge will start this Friday October 5th with all participants getting their baseline body fat tested.  The challenge will end five weeks later on November 9th with everyone getting their body fat tested once again.  Whoever loses the most body fat during the five week challenge will be the winner.  Prizes will be awarded to both the top male and female.  Professionals from San Diego Sports Medicine and Family Health Center will be the official body fat testers for the challenge.

Here are more details:

If you wish to participate you must have your body fat tested this Friday between the hours of 8am – 11:30am & 4:30pm – 7pm.  This is the only day for your pre-challenge testing.  Post challenge testing will be held on Friday November 9th.

Please wear shorts to your testing and for best results, you will be asked to take off your shirt (in private).  If you are uncomfortable taking off your shirt, please wear a tight fitting one.

The cost for the entire challenge is $30 dollars.  This fee will help pay for the prizes, testing costs and the End-of-Challenge Celebration!  The prizes will be awarded at the Celebration that will take place on Saturday November 10th after our Barbells for Boobs Event.  Payment must be received prior to this Friday if you wish to participate.

This Saturday, after the 9am class will be an informational meeting along with nutritional advise that is sure to help you during your challenge.

If you haven’t signed up yet, what are you waiting for!?  A sign-up sheet can be found at the box.  For more information or if you have any questions, please make sure to contact Intern Genna at:  ggodfrey88@aol.com
