What a setting for a Triathlon!

Okay, you’ve been following our coaching when it comes to nutrition (some better than others!).  You make your way to the box every week and push yourselves through the grueling WODS.  So now you have to ask yourself the question, “Why am am I doing this?  The answer is, well, of course to look better naked!  But more importantly to become healthier, fitter, stronger and to feel better.

So now, what do we do with this new found fitness?  Here is an idea.  Come join Team CFIV as we make our way to the coast to participate in a little swim/bike/run!  This is going to be a blast as we already have a bunch of us going!  Don’t be left out!

Party afterwards?
