From Robert:
"I truly enjoy going to the box every week and pushing through the WOD's with the CFIV fam. It is exciting to see everyone progress and change with the gym. Like Coach D always says "Finding the right Crossfit box is like finding a favorite pair of jeans". CFIV is the best pair of corduroy skinny jeans I have ever found!"

WOD 20:58 Rx ….. Way to go 12:30! Garrett is a straight beast and owned that WOD today! Shout out to Jose and Chrissy who did the WOD Rx’d and killed it! I went straight home after the WOD and collapsed on my living room floor. It took me a solid twenty minutes to get up! Can’t wait to do it again tomorrow!
Darn! Bummed I missed out! Looks like a great wod! Good work everyone:-)
16:45 Rx
17:54 for me on this one. I had to modify and row instead of running, but still really happy with my time.
The biggest occasion of the day was in the toes to bar skill work, my toes actually touched the bar. Now I have to do this in the workout and the bar is set really high for me now, no pun intended.
Way to go BEAR! That is awesome!
14:38 Rx unbroken (I was wishing it was only three rounds during the WOD)
18:07 Rx but it totally kicked my butt! Ugh big props to the earlier classes who did it in the awful heat. Great job to the 5:30 class!
