Fun- the members and their personalities; what the members bring to every atmosphere: classes, get togethers, and big workouts

Aspiring- to reach new goals; to push through tough workouts; to make themselves better each and everyday day

Motivated- to show up regardless of the pain in store and conquer the WOD that lies ahead of them

Inspirational- through each personal accomplishment: Personal Records, first times, weight loss, strength gain, health restoration, etc.

Loving- pushing others before, during, and after their workouts; genuinely caring for the people that make-up CrossFit Inland Valley; making friends into family and picking them up out of their own pool of sweat

Youthful- in appearance, in health, in strength, in drive, in passion, in personality

CrossFit Inland Valley encompasses all of these traits- as individuals, and as a whole- as we ban together to make up a FAMILY. Great job these last two weeks in overcoming change and adversity, challenging yourself in many tough but exciting workouts, establishing new PR’s, honoring fallen heros, celebrating individuals in their youth, and accomplishing so much!
