While surfing the Internet, I came across this video.  I hadn’t seen it before.  It was put together by Carina Jaynes (Coach Chrissy’s daughter).  I believe that the video was part of an assignment that she had to do for school.  I sure hope that she got an A+ because she did a great job!

CrossFit Total Today!  For those who have established a Total in the past, it is very important to update your Total as we will be starting a new strength progression soon.  Your percentages will be based off of your One Rep Max on these lifts.  Don’t have a CrossFit Total yet?  GET ONE!

“CrossFit Total”

establish a 1 rep max for each of the following:

Back Squat

Shoulder Press

Deadlift

The CrossFit Total is a strength assessment that is the sum of the best of three attempts at the squatshoulder press, and the deadlift, done in that order
