We are in the hottest week of the summer. Training in the gym takes an extra level of commitment this week. Making a commitment to stepping back a little bit and enjoying your fitness is something else to keep in mind.
Training consistently might be your escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. But, getting out and using your acquired fitness to enjoy life outside is truly “where it’s at.”

You have 4 minutes to complete the prescribed work. The faster you finish, the longer you have to rest until the next rounds which begin promptly at the 4, 8, and 12 minute marks.
