Our in-house Holistic Health Practitioner, Jeffrey, will be conducting a new series of classes that emphasize opening of the hips.

We are going to work on stretches and movements to create space between the femur and pelvis. This will help with squats, kettlebell swings, Olympic lifts and any other movement that emphasizes hip mobility. Those of us that have been lucky enough to attend his previous classes or receive treatment from Jeffrey cannot sing his praises enough. Get in for one of his classes and learn something new. Missing out on some extra range of motion that is limiting performance due to lack of hip mobility is no fun.
