Upcoming Events

Although the CrossFit Games have now come and gone, there are still some exciting events coming up where you can come out and show your support for the CFIV fam.

CFSD Powerlifting Meet – Saturday, July 21st

CrossFit San Diego will be holding a powerlifting meet this coming Saturday. Our very own evening class strongmen, Andre and Barry, will test their individual might in this event. Each men will have three attempts of their best lifts in the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. If you’d like to go down to CFSD and support these guys, lifting starts at 10am.

Lake Elsinore Storm Health and Fitness Night – Saturday, July 21

Later on the CFIV Street Team will be at the Storm game representing during Health and Fitness Night. Come say hello and check out the ball game as the Lake Elsinore Storm take on the Modesto Nuts.

WOD Gear Team Series – Saturday, July 28

CFIV will be having two teams competing at the WOD Gear Team Series on Saturday, July 28th. The event is FREE for spectators and we’d like to get as big a support group for our competitors as possible. The event will be held at the famous Rose Bowl in Pasadena. The competition starts promptly at 9am and we’d love to see you there.
