Today begins the Best Shape of Your Life Challenge. Those participating may use the form below to begin logging their progress. The daily checking in will add to your point total and lead to a better chance of winning the challenge.
Daily accountability will go a long way in shaping new and healthier eating habits. These habits will be easier to fall back on once the challenge has concluded. Body composition begins with food, not exercise. Get right with your fuel and your performance and appearance will both see an upswing.
