Lea has a new nutrition challenge brewing for you, CFIV – Best Shape of Your Life Challenge!

This Saturday at 10:30am after the WOD Lea will be holding a meeting for everybody that wants to participate in the Best Shape of Your Life Challenge. This is going to be a 4-week challenge filled with all kinds of fun and exciting stuff! If you want to participate, please make sure to try and be there Saturday to go over the challenge and get all of your questions answered! You all are going to love what’s in store.
