This week we’ll be announcing some new services that will begin rolling out next Monday, June 18th.
Weight Management Program
The first new service announcement is the Weight Management Program. This program is a 3-day program that offers nutrition education and optional accountability features in addition to the fundamental CrossFit classes. The emphasis is going to be on individual nutrition and lifestyle choices. Participants will be shown how those choices play into their overall health and quality of life. This is perfect for those coming to us with a history of little to no previous fitness program experience. This early stage of habit-building will be key to a future of consistency and long-term success.
We are pleased to announce that this program will be headed by our recent 2012 CrossFit Games SoCal regional competitor, Carlie Stone. She has a reputation of being a leader by example and has a tremendous ability to get the most out those that she trains. Any participant in the Weight Management Program will be in great hands.
Classes will meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12pm or 8pm.
