Double-Unders are a skill, the acquisition of which takes much patience and practice.
This kind of practice, not this kind of practice.
Pro tip: Buy your own rope and practice at home. Ten to fifteen minutes a day can make a huge difference.

Half Flight-Simulator
5 unbroken double-unders
10 unbroken double-unders
15 unbroken double-unders
20 unbroken double-unders
25 unbroken double-unders
20 unbroken double-unders
15 unbroken double-unders
10 unbroken double-unders
5 unbroken double-unders
All sets must be done UNBROKEN.
Stop in between sets.
If you break DUs, scale down to DOUBLE the amount of singles which must be performed UNBROKEN before moving on to the next set.
