It’s been a while since we’ve had a Nutrition Class. With all the new members that we’ve seen in the past few weeks, one topic that many seem to have questions about is nutrition. In our two-hour class we will go over some recommendations that can help and even accelerate results coupled with smart training. Topics of discussion will include food quality, quantity and timing.
If you’ve been a bit confused about cleaning up your meals and how to make them work for you, come by one of our Nutrition Classes. We’ll get you started on making those changes little by little in order to maximize your results at CrossFit Inland Valley.

Class is FREE for CFIV members, $20 for non-members.
