That was the closest I have come to losing breakfast since the first month!
205# x 8 reps on the back squat
Up to 175# on the prowler before I had to drop the weight for the last two trips.
155 back squat…and omg I think my legs are never going to be the same again!!!!
This was brutal. Worked up to 295 on the back squats and managed to do it for 15 reps. Then did 90 on the sled followed by an 800m run. Thanks Andre, Bob, Glenda and Victor for pushing me on the 800. I wouldn’t have done it if you guys weren’t there.
Good job Barry! Next time throw on some weight. J/k That prowler was brutal. I managed #215 x 5 reps and had the #45 plates on the torture device. The big Dawgs at the 6pm class were the motivation. Good job and ready for the next one.
