Just a friendly reminder to all of you that we will have only ONE class on Monday, May 28.
The class begins at 9am and it will be a special Memorial Day tribute WOD in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy. Come over and join us for an annual tradition in honor of one of the US’s fallen heroes.
