Brett has been with us since our previous incarnation as Cutting Edge CrossFit. She took to CrossFit very quickly and hasn’t stopped seeking to increase her knowledge of and participation in the greater CrossFit community.

She’s been a supportive fixture of CFIV whether it’s as a competitor or as fan cheering on anyone representing our gym. Brett has immersed herself in our community and improved herself along the way. She’s showed steady improvement with her strength and skills and is now light years beyond where she began. Recently, Brett got both her CrossFit L1 and USA-W Sports Performance certs.

Today is Brett’s last day with us. She will be moving to Idaho where she hopes to begin a CrossFit affiliate in the near future.

Join us as we at CFIV wish her the best of luck and thank her for becoming a part of community!

Happy trails, Brett!

It was good to get back to the box today. I’ve had a crazy work week and had not been able to make it in yet.
