
Today is a sad day.
We hate to be the one to break the bad news but…the 100-Day Double-Under Challenge ends today.
Just when you were getting used to adding another double-under to your warm up or WOD, tomorrow will not bring an additional rep. There, there. Try to keep it together.
We’ll give this challenge a good send-off by including the exact number of reps in our workout today. Afterward, take the time to reflect back on the challenge.
Did it make you more efficient and/or comfortable with the skill?
Or, do you hate the sight of a jump rope even more now? Hopefully not, but let us know either way.
It seems like so long ago. Way back in January we started with a measly 1 rep. On that day you probably said, “Ha! No problem!” When you see 100 on the board today, do you say the same thing?
