There are many milestones used to mark developmental success during the CrossFit experience. They vary from person to person but are always important because they show progress.

It can range from running a full 400 meters without stopping to completing a muscle-up. Either way these are helpful signs to show that the right path is being taken.

Last Friday we saw Emery perform his first muscle-ups in a workout. The week before Kristine surprised herself by traveling to the top of the rope. The look of surprise mixed with a tiny bit of fright was a great sight to see.

What are some of the milestones you use as motivation? Do you look back and get inspired to keep moving towards new ones after realizing how far you’ve come?
