Thanks for the post Al. Still being fairly new to all this, Paleo etc., it is nice to have logical explanations to back up the results we are seeing. I think when we talk to people about this lifestyle many of us have a hard time explaining the exact benefits except for the fact that we feel better. Headlines grab attention and a sound bite is easier for someone to repeat.
Glad you enjoyed the articles, Danny. Conventional wisdom is hard to break through sometimes. One of the best things to do is keep up to date with your medical check-ups and let your blood work and other bio markers do all the talking.
