Learn new tricks and tips to accelerate your improvement in this valued CrossFit skill. The challenge is about to head into deep water and you want to be prepared. Once double-unders become an acquired skill, workouts that include them will seem a bit less challenging. They’ll never be easy, but the frustration of missed attempts will no longer slow you down.
