Some of you may have seen this on FB last week as Eric posted on the CFIV page. It’s a humorous look at some CF gym faux pas. Take special notice of the “Ghost Rider” infraction. Dropping empty barbells and crashing kettlebells to the ground is definitely not cool. Take heed and don’t be that guy/gal!
