We’ve posted recipes on the site before but we’re just going to go ahead and direct you to a site that has plenty of them to keep you busy with mouth-watering kitchen concoctions.

We’ve had a bit of a Paleo-recipe-blogger-celebrity in our midst lately at CFIV. George B., otherwise known as the Civilized Caveman, has one of the best Paleo recipe blogs out there. On top of all the cooking creations he puts out there, he also engages his readers really well and puts on various contests, giveaways and raises funds for great causes like B4B and Steve’s Club.

If you’ve been hiding under a rock or were just unaware of his website or Facebook page, head on over and see what kind of wonderful dishes you can whip up thanks to some of his recipes!

Did an NLI workout this morning and FINALLY RX’d all the hspu in the WOD! Took me forever but its a start. I also can finally do pistols on both legs! Lol (my right one is usually defective)

Guys seriously, if you are trying to eat clean or just lok for good recipes, check out George’s website. The brownies I made for B’s birthday were from there and they were totally paleo. Lots of great ideas and really simple recipes. Definitely one of my favorite go-to recipe sites!!
