Today is finally the day that we’ve been waiting for - Opening Day at CrossFit Inland Valley!
In the true spirit of community and teamwork that embodies what CrossFit is all about, this day would not have been possible without many helping hands. Danielle H., Brett, Angela and Will all had a hand in putting up our new pullup rig. Mike C, Danielle, Sean and Réne all helped in many tasks that helped the overall vision come together. Bob was there on a couple of days and played a huge role in getting that wonderful paint job up that you will all see in the gym.
But a HUGE debt of gratitude is owed to Charles. He was there at all times working tirelessly and going above and beyond to help put it all together so that the gym would be ready for Opening Day. Thank you all for making today a reality. We can’t wait for you all to come enjoy the new digs. Today is just the beginning!

Congratulations to Justus and Missy for taking this huge step forward! I feel luck to play even such a small part of it all. Like everyone else, I look forward to the many opportunities to shed some hard earned blood and sweat in the new box…

I’m extremely bummed I have to miss the first day… but I was happy to be a part of it, even know I hated the idea of change at first… I look forward to the many years to come with our crossfit family…have a good day in the box tomorrow everyone!

Even though I never met the entire CECF family I felt like I knew you all thru reading all the posts and the stories of great accomplishment that I heard about from Al and other members!
I can’t say enough about the great coaching by Al at 6 am and the occasional “guest” coaching by those brave enough to grace the box before daylight! Thank you sooo much!
Im sad to not be joining you in the new box, but excited about joining CFTS and looking forward to seeing you all at CF events!
