We’re always scouring the internet searching for more info to share with you all. Last week, Matt commented that his Favorites tab was filling up fast with all the links that our posts had directed him towards. While this is a good way to remember sites of interest, it’s a really difficult and time-consuming process going to each website in your Favorites and checking to see which sites/blogs have been recently updated. Maybe some of you are experiencing the same dilemma.

Don’t worry, there’s a better way.

Google Reader allows you to subscribe to a site’s address or RSS feed. All you need is your existing gmail account (or create a new one for free if you don’t already have one) and every time you login, Reader constantly checks your favorite sites and blogs for new content. Whether a site updates daily or monthly, it shows you all of your favorite sites in one place. You can even categorize your feeds according to subject matter (i.e. Fitness, Nutrition, Leisure, etc.). If you’re interested in getting started and want to check out the feeds that inspire a lot of our posts, shoot an email to al@cuttingedgecrossfit.com and you can import our feeds into your account and keep or delete whatever you like.
