The following 3 movie trailers are a hopeful sign that more and more people are starting to take an interest in where their food is actually coming from. If you get a chance, seek out one and/or all of these documentaries and see if it/they spark(s) that interest in you if it’s not already there. In a future post we’ll explore ways that we as a group can ensure that the food that we get is of the fresh, locally grown variety.

  4. Split jerk, from the front 185-205-255… did not do 4th set, wod was going to start. Wod with 53# KB was 9:03… no vest, you guys are crazy!
