Last time we looked at how to make the classic burger a little less of a gutbuster. Well today we’re going to see how we can manage a SoCal staple – the burrito. Chipotle is a great chain that offers a minimalist menu with maximum flavor. Today we present you with two similar options on how to tweak Chipotle’s offerings into something that won’t make you want to take a nap 20 minutes after…that is, unless you’re into that sorta thing.
